About Duane Capuano, Founder and Principal

Duane Capuano is the founder of Success Roads Consulting, LLC. With a deep understanding of business strategy and technology, Duane develops digital strategies that help associations integrate their strategic and technology goals and works with senior staff to find software vendors that best meet the business and technology requirements of the organization. Duane’s expertise is in digital strategy, software selection and implementation, business strategy and business development. 

Duane was a Senior Consultant at Tecker International where he provided strategy and digital strategy services to associations and non-profit organizations. Prior to consulting, Duane held business development positions at USA TODAY, Gannett and AOL, where he led the development of digital business strategies, products and partnerships. 

Duane was also the Director of Online operations and served on the executive management committee for Sightline Media. His responsibilities included business development, sales, marketing, e-commerce and website design and development for ten magazine websites.

Earlier in his career, Duane held consulting positions at Booz-Allen & Hamilton and two start-up information technology firms. His clients included Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and government agencies.

Duane holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Organization Development from Emory University and BS in Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University.
